First Lil Wayne and Drake, then Kanye West and Jay-Z, Diddy and Rick Ross; and now Gucci Mane and Waka Flocka. Clearly creating a joint rap album is the thing these days.
Recently, Gucci Mane and his young protégé Waka Flocka Flame have announced their plans to form their own dynamic duo and release a joint album.

Just when you thought reality TV couldn’t stoop any lower….somebody scooped up Waka Flocka Flame and his ice cream cone face tat having boss Gucci Mane. Last Friday Rumor Fix exclusively reported that Waka and Gucci would be teaming up for a new reality television series that focused on their life in the industry and friendship.
“We show everyday life,” said Gucci while talking to Rumor Fix. “What we get into in [the] studio and at our shows. We just ordinary people with a crazy Rock N Roll lifestyle. Because of the music we make, people think that’s what we do all the time — but we got a real family life. We got heart. We do a lot of things for the community and we love each other.”
If Toya and Reginae can get a show I don’t see why Radric and Juaquin can’t get put on too. But ya’ll this is about to be some hood sh*t!
Gucci Mane’s latest tattoo only confirms that he really might be crazy. Of all things to put on your face…and he gets an ice cream tattoo? Coonery at it’s best. Tell Pookie and ’em to come get their cousin!
Gucci Mane is about to follow in the footsteps of T.I…
The Southern rapper was ordered by a judge in court today to spend 30 days in a medical treatment center until his next hearing.
“The court ordered Mr. Davis into treatment of a medical treatment facility, pending a revocation hearing later this month.” Gucci’s lawyer, Michael Holmes told XXL.
During the hearing, Gucci was also informed that he will more than likely be sentenced to 17 months in jail for violating the terms of his probation back in November.
His next court date is at the end of the month. Why are so many rappers hopping on the merry-go-round of court dates and jail? Let’s hope Gucci, T.I. and DMX can somehow get their lives back on track, and not for their fans or rap music, but more importantly for themselves and their families.
Just moments ago a Fulton County Superior Court Judge has ordered that Radric Davis better known as Gucci Mane be remanded to prison for a violation of probation stemming from an arrest last year. The rapper’s attorney requested that the judge allow him to be on an ankle monitor, however his probation officer fought vigorously to have him placed in custody for which the judge agreed.
Rapper Gucci Mane is facing a prison term of 17 months if he is in fact found guilty of the violation. Hip Hop Enquirer’s Dennis Byron was on the scene to bring this breaking news story. A hearing date has been set for January 24th, 2011 in Fulton County Superior Court.
According to TMZ, cops raided rapper Waka Flocka Flame’s Georgia home this morning on suspicion of prostitution. Waka’s mom stated that Gucci Mane was put in hand cuffs. Since the initial incident Gucci was let go. But TMZ reported that law enforcement sources in Henry County are investigating possible prostitution. Cops reportedly found marijuana and weapons inside the home. According to neighbors, there is still police presence outside Waka’s home. Waka’s mom claimed her son wasn’t home, but that if he doesn’t show up soon the cops will issue an arrest warrant. Waka is still AWOL, but law enforcement confiscated the guns — a Kel-Tech .223 caliber sub gun, and a Taurus .40 caliber semi-automatic — as well as prescription drugs from his house.
