Keri Hilson Poses on the Cover of 'Jones Magazine'

In an exclusive interview with ‘Jones Magazine,’ an urban fashion guide, Keri Hilson openly speaks on her feud with Ciara. Many suspected that Hilson and Ciara had been at odds over Hilson’s alleged CiCi diss on the “Turnin’ Me On” remix. Both Atlanta R&B singers kept quiet about any animosity, but in the new ‘Jones Magazine’ interview Miss Keri Baby revealed that she and Ciara, were in fact feuding. Hilson’s “Turnin’ Me On” remix, which featured T. Pain and Lil Wayne, fired shots that might have hit a little too close to home for Ciara.

“Go ‘head and tell them folks how long I been writing your songs,” Hilson sings. “I been puttin’ you on, just check the credits, ho.”

When discussing the beef, Hilson said: “It was unfortunate, because we used to be really good friends…We let the media get in the way and speak for us, and we weren’t speaking to each other.”

But last month the two singers patched things up. They appeared in a joint Ustream interview, and both appeared at BET’s “Black Girls Rock!” celebration. When speaking on her current friendship with Ciara, Hilson said:

“We’re good now,” Hilson told Jones of Ciara. “Nobody wants to fight with an old friend. It’s not cute, and it doesn’t reflect our character. Don’t get me wrong: I am feisty, but I’m not catty.”

This issue of ‘Jones Magazine’ is set to hit newsstands November 30.
